Grant Making Process

• Submit a Letter of Intent using the Ohio Common Grant Letter of Inquiry Form via email or mail.
• Your Letter of Intent is reviewed on receipt.
• Go or No Go Decision will be communicated from the office of The Wallace Foundation.
• Go: Foundation will request that you submit a  full proposal for consideration.  You may use the Ohio Common Grant Proposal -short form or you may request a submission form from our Program Director.
• Submit your full proposal to The Wallace Foundation via email, mail or personally.
• Foundation Board Review takes about 10 days.
• Decision will be communicated in writing from the office of The Wallace Foundation.
